Glenelg

The Glenelg Municipal Fire Management Planning Committee was established in July 2009 and has a membership representing the Glenelg ShireCouncil, Country Fire Authority staff & volunteers, the Department of Sustainability and Environment, Parks Victoria, Forest Industry and Vic Roads.

The committee has endorsed the first Draft Municipal Fire Management Plan and it is was adopted by Council on the 27th September. The committee is supported and directed in its functions by the Barwon South West Regional Strategic Fire Management Planning Committee.
