Forgotten Password Process
  


When you click on the Forgot your password hyperlink on the Login page you commence a multi step/screen process to allow you to create a new password for use to access the Fire and Emergency Management Planning system.

The steps in the process (which must all be completed successfully) are:

1.   Request a new password

2.   Process email to continue the Reset Password process

3.   Login in and Create your New Password

After you have entered your new password (including the second confirmation field) press Save to complete the process.

You are now logged into the portal and your new password has been applied.
